DESIGN PREVIEW Not an active scheduling or clinical communication channel

INSURANCE & BILLING

Simple, transparent
insurance & billing.

Clear information helps you make informed decisions about your care.

01 / WHAT TO EXPECT

Billing Process

Review the appointment type, length, and self-pay fee before scheduling. If you plan to use insurance, confirm that your specific plan can be used for the visit.

Payment and billing workflows are being finalized. This preview does not accept payments or collect insurance details.

For out-of-network care, ask about documentation options before your visit. A superbill does not guarantee reimbursement; benefits are determined by your plan.

02 / PLAN-SPECIFIC VERIFICATION

Accepted Plans

Insurance participation must be confirmed by plan, network, effective date, and billing arrangement.

Credentialing and contracting work is underway. This design preview intentionally does not display an unverified list of accepted insurers.

Before an insurance-billed appointment, verify participation and ask your insurer about deductibles, copayments, coinsurance, and any authorization requirements.

OWNER-CONFIRMED SELF-PAY FEES

Know the visit.
Know the fee.

These prices apply to self-pay services. They are not estimates of an insured patient’s out-of-pocket responsibility.
